My copy of Női Kabát’s limited edition 7″ on white vinyl arrived from aufnahme+wiedergabe yesterday. One of 300 sold out copies. comes complete with an mp3 download of the tracks. The A-Side is Make Room! Make Room! Great vocal delivery from Dee Rusche against waves of glorious 80’s analogue & futuristic tinged synths. Great Esoteric drumming throughout has a great change of tempo towards the end.
The B-Side is the track Industry which reminds me of the time in the 80’s when you would buy a single and be blown away by the quality of some of the B-Sides. For me Industry is Női Kabát’s best track so far, as when I first discovered it on YT, it blew me away! Infectious driving analogue synths and deft drumming power this song along. A magnet for any dancefloor, epic vocals and a catchy chorus complete this masterpiece of updated New Wave / Coldwave.
